Flushes Optimized for Restoring Cooling Efficiency
Internal cooling-system contamination takes different forms. ULTIMATE F.O.R.C.E. brings HDF, PMF, PO4FIX, RRF and OCF together in one recognizable family, with treatment selected from coolant analysis, system history and field verification.
Five specialized flushes. One coordinated force.
Formerly Royal FlushThe five product families retain their individual roles, ordering identities and published procedures.
Match the chemistry to the condition
There Is No Universal Cooling-System Flush
Burnt glycol, spent coolant, phosphate contamination, rust and severe oil contamination are different problems. Start with the evidence, select only the indicated product or approved sequence, and follow the current field procedure.

Select a Product for the Confirmed Condition
Each product has a defined role. These five products do not form a five-step treatment sequence.
HDF
Heavy Duty Flush
For thermally degraded and burnt glycol deposits. Coolant analysis and system history help establish whether burnt-glycol treatment is indicated.
Never pair with PMF. HDF pairs only with RRF or PO4FIX when the published path supports it.Ready to use | 168-336 hoursView HDF
PMF
Preventive Maintenance Flush
For spent coolant, silicate dropout, mild oil residue and preparation for a coolant-type change.
Not the rust-removal product or the severe-oil treatment. Never pair with HDF or OCF.Mix 1:1 | Run 7-14 daysView PMF
PO4FIX
Phosphate Fix
For phosphate contamination and associated rust, including contamination linked to inappropriate detergents, degreasers or coolant chemistry.
Use the current procedure or approved two-product path for the confirmed condition.Ready to use | 4 hours at temperatureView PO4FIX
RRF
Rust Removal Flush
For internal rust and corrosion deposits that can restrict circulation and interfere with heat transfer.
Use a published two-product path when required and investigate the underlying corrosion cause.Ready to use | 2 hours at temperatureView RRF
OCF
Oil Contamination Flush
For severe oil contamination and oil-coolant emulsions following an oil cooler, gasket or other component failure.
Correct the contamination source. Never pair with PMF; use the published sequence for an approved second treatment.Ready to use | 4 hours at temperatureView OCF
Times and dilution summaries are not complete application instructions. Use the current product documents, field procedures, equipment requirements, mechanical checks and applicable OEM guidance.
Treatment discipline
Three Rules Protect the Process
The objective is to apply only the treatment required, follow the applicable procedure, verify the system and document follow-up.
1
Diagnose Before Treating
Use coolant analysis, system history, field observations and mechanical verification to identify the contamination before selecting a flush.
2
Two-Product Maximum
Approved combination procedures contain no more than two F.O.R.C.E. products. Follow the published sequence exactly.
3
Do Not Mix Incompatible Paths
HDF is never paired with PMF. OCF is never paired with PMF. A plus sign identifies a published sequence and does not authorize tank mixing.
Eleven published treatment paths
Match the Finding to the Applicable Procedure
These references preserve the established treatment paths. They are not a substitute for laboratory interpretation, mechanical checks, OEM requirements or the complete field procedure.

Important: Cleaning does not repair a mechanical failure or automatically establish Zero Hour certification. Never combine products outside the approved treatment paths.
Collect. Understand. Recommend. Execute.
A Clear Path From Findings to Action
C.U.R.E. organizes the report-to-action process. Upload a coolant analysis report to turn laboratory findings into an explained system condition, a treatment recommendation when indicated, and the applicable field procedure.
CollectGather the report and operating information.
UnderstandInterpret the findings in system context.
RecommendSelect a treatment only when supported.
ExecuteFollow the procedure and verify afterward.

Internal Cleaning Is One Part of Zero Hour
F.O.R.C.E. provides the internal cleaning family within the broader Zero Hour approach. On a natural-gas compression package, restoring cooling efficiency means looking beyond the engine block: water-cooled exhaust manifolds (the wet-manifold configuration shown here), piping, heat exchangers, mechanical condition, refill practices and continued monitoring all influence system performance.
Document the treatment, correct the source of contamination, verify the system after cleaning and continue the monitoring program.

Customer Questions
What happened to Royal Flush?
Royal Flush is becoming ULTIMATE F.O.R.C.E., short for Flushes Optimized for Restoring Cooling Efficiency. The new name brings the five existing flush families under one coordinated program identity.
Do I use all five products?
No. Select the treatment for the confirmed condition. Where a second treatment is indicated, follow the applicable published two-product procedure. The products do not form a five-step sequence.
Does the new name change how I use a product?
No. The family rebrand does not replace product instructions. Use the current SDS, TDS and field procedure for the selected product and equipment.
